๐ต๏ธ What is 3si?
Spy It, Seek It, Spot It (3si) creates fun, screen-free activities for kids, including activity books, puzzles, posters, games, printables, and other products designed to get kids looking, thinking, solving, and playing.
Our three signature puzzle styles are:
Spy It โ hidden-object and I Spy-style puzzles.
Seek It โ seek-and-find puzzles.
Spot It โ spot-the-difference and which-one-is-different puzzles.
๐จ๏ธ Can I print my digital 3si products?
Absolutely! That's one of the reasons we make them. ๐
Our digital books, printable activity packs, puzzles, posters, and other downloadable products are designed to be printed and used.
Personal and home use
You can print as many copies as you need for your own household.
Teachers and educators
You can print and distribute copies to the students in your own classes and use the materials for classroom activities, parent nights, classroom events, and other events involving your own classes. You can reprint the materials as often as you need for your own classes.
The file itself cannot be shared or distributed.
๐ฉโ๐ซ Can I share the digital file with another teacher?
The file itself cannot be shared or distributed.
If another teacher wants to use a 3si digital product, please send them the 3si product link so they can purchase and download their own copy.
This allows us to keep creating more activities while making sure educators can use them freely in their own classrooms.
๐ฒ Can I sell or redistribute the printed pages?
No. The digital products and their contents remain the intellectual property of 3si.
You may use and distribute printed copies within your own household or to students in your own classes as described above, but you may not sell the pages, use them as part of another product, or redistribute them outside your permitted home or classroom use.

๐พ Can I return a digital product?
Digital products are final sale and non-refundable from 3si solely because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
Digital products are delivered electronically through Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy may have additional rights or processes that apply to individual transactions, and its current terms explain its handling of digital content and refunds.
๐ป What if I can't download my digital purchase?
First, use the support resources provided by Lemon Squeezy for your purchase.
If the issue cannot be resolved through Lemon Squeezy, you can contact 3si through our website's Contact Form.
๐๏ธ I bought a 3si book on Amazon. Who handles my order?
Amazon handles orders placed through Amazon, including applicable shipping, returns, refunds, replacements, and customer-service issues.
The fastest way to get help is to go to your Amazon account and open the order in question.
๐ฆ Where will my merch order come from?
Our physical merchandiseโincluding posters, puzzles, placemats, tote bags, and other print-on-demand productsโis produced and fulfilled through Printify and its fulfillment partners.
Because products are made to order, production takes place after your order is submitted.

๐ขWhat if my Printify product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or has a qualifying manufacturing defect, use the applicable Printify issue-reporting process as soon as possible.
Printify currently requires qualifying damaged/defective issues to be reported within 30 days of delivery and may require photos.
๐ Can I return a Printify product because I changed my mind?
Generally, no.
Printify's current policy does not support returns or exchanges simply because a customer changed their mind or ordered the wrong size or color.
Please review product details carefully before ordering.
๐ง Why don't you list a customer-service email?
We use a contact form so that we can keep customer questions organized and make sure they get to the appropriate place.
If your issue can't be resolved through Amazon, Printify, or Lemon Squeezy, use the Contact Form and we'll help determine the next step.
๐ Do I have to give you my email to get a free 3si activity?
Not necessarily.
Some 3si resources are available without an email address.
Other free activity packs may be offered as optional email-list resources. The download page for each resource will tell you whether an email address is required.
For example, the Halloween Play-Along Pack is a free companion to our Halloween video and is available without requiring an email address.
