By accessing or using the 3si website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of Our Website

You may use the 3si website for lawful personal, educational, informational, and shopping purposes.

Spy It, Seek It, Spot It Product Terminology

3si uses the following terminology to describe its puzzle formats:

Spy It refers to hidden-object and I Spy-style activities.

Seek It refers to seek-and-find activities, including Where's Waldo-style activities.

Spot It refers to spot-the-difference and "which one is different" activities.

These terms and their use as part of the 3si brand are proprietary brand terminology of KW Publishing, LLC to the extent protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Digital Products and Permitted Use

Paid digital products sold by 3si are licensed to the purchaser for personal, household, or permitted classroom/educational use. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Personal and Home Use

For personal or household use, you may:

• Download and save the purchased file for your personal use.

• Print the materials for use within your own household.

• Print additional copies as reasonably needed for members of your household.

• Use the printed materials for personal activities, family activities, homeschooling, and other non-commercial home use.

Teacher and Classroom Use

Teachers and educators who purchase 3si digital products may use the materials with their own students and classes.

A teacher may:

• Print as many copies as reasonably needed for their own students and classes.

• Distribute printed copies to students in their own classes.

• Use the printed materials during classroom activities and instruction.

• Use the materials for class-related events, including parent nights, classroom parties, and similar events involving their own classes.

• Reprint the materials as needed for their own classes.

This classroom license is intended to make 3si digital products practical and flexible for educators.

Sharing Restrictions

The purchaser may not share, transfer, email, upload, post, or distribute the original digital files to other people or organizations, including other teachers, schools, classrooms, groups, websites, file-sharing services, or social-media platforms.

If another teacher or educator would like to use a 3si digital product, please provide them with the product's 3si sales page or website link so they can obtain their own copy.

Teachers may distribute printed copies to students in their own classes as permitted above, but may not provide the original digital file to students, parents, other teachers, or other classrooms for independent reuse.

Prohibited Uses

Unless 3si provides written permission, digital products may not be:

• Resold in digital or printed form

• Shared as digital files

• Uploaded to public or private file-sharing sites

• Distributed through email, messaging services, websites, social-media groups, or online classrooms for others to download

• Given to another teacher or classroom for their independent use

• Included in another product or bundle for sale

• Used to create a competing product

• Modified and sold or distributed as a separate product

• Used as a free download or lead magnet by another business or organization

• Claimed as the purchaser's original work

Product-Specific Terms

Some products may include additional or different licensing terms in their individual product descriptions. If a product's description provides more specific permitted-use terms, those terms apply to that product.

Nothing in this license transfers copyright or ownership of the underlying 3si materials to the purchaser.

The purchaser receives a license to use the materials in accordance with these terms.

Free Downloads

Free 3si resources are provided for the personal or educational purposes stated on the applicable download page.

Free resources remain the intellectual property of 3si unless otherwise stated.

Free resources may not be resold, redistributed as standalone products, or used to create competing commercial products.

Physical Products

Physical 3si merchandise is generally produced to order through Printify.

Because print-on-demand products are manufactured in response to individual orders, minor differences in color, print placement, materials, or manufacturing may occur.

Product descriptions, images, measurements, pricing, and availability are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but may change over time.

Books

3si books currently sold through Amazon are purchased and fulfilled through Amazon.

Amazon's applicable terms, policies, return procedures, and customer-service processes apply to those transactions.

Digital Purchases

Digital products are sold and delivered through Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for transactions processed through its platform and handles payment processing, applicable sales-tax responsibilities, and certain refund and chargeback matters.

Digital products are subject to the 3si product terms as well as applicable Lemon Squeezy buyer terms and policies.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and other product-resolution procedures are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Different procedures apply depending on whether a product was purchased through Amazon, Printify, Lemon Squeezy, or another platform.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

3si does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Disclaimer
